To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealConnecter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform or any content on the Platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall RealConnecter's liability exceed the amount you have paid for services on the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where RealConnecter is based.
13. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RealConnecter regarding your use of the Platform. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to Waiver: No failure or delay by RealConnecter in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
